APARTMENT LIVING AT KLEIN PROPERTIES
The third floor of the building offers downtown living in charming vintage apartments. The apartments were designed and built in the 1930's. Many still have the original Murphy beds, ironing boards that extend from a closet in the wall and architectural detailing from the 1930's era.
Each apartment is a multi-room efficiency apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom, dressing room and living area. Some apartments have eat-in kitchens and some have separate dining rooms.
The apartments are heated with hot water heat. Secondary heating was added in 2007, with state-of-the-art Econo Heat Panels, controlled by the tenants, providing clean, safe and constant radiant-convection heat. In addition, all apartments have air conditioning.
Tenants at Klein Properties quickly become part of a "community within a community". With easy access to Belluci's Pizza House, tenants can grab a delicious sandwich or order a pizza.
A gathering space, secured entry and private laundry facility are onsite for the enjoyment and convenience of tenants.

OFFICE, BUSINESS AND RETAIL SPACES
Within the walls of Klein Properties~Goeppinger Building are several restored business suites and retail suites. Office and business suites range from $250.00 per month for a small suite to $600.00 per month for a large suite/retail space.
Prospective tenants may call 605-496-3784 to inquire about apartments, office suites or retail suites. When an apartment, office suite or retail suite does come available, showings will be scheduled, from the earliest inquiry date to the latest inquiry date.
